SCRIPTURE:
Joining the rest of the Gunnedah Anglican Church community in daily Scripture reading practice, feeding ourselves daily with the Word of God.
PRAYER:
Join us as we P.R.A.Y in the morning and practice the Examen in the evening.
MIND:
Finding a way to help your mind stay healthy by curating a healthy relationship with the news, social media and escapist entertainment.
BODY:
Caring for your body by creating a rhythm of exercise and observing a healthy diet.
HEART:
Exploring spiritual disciplines that help you stay soft-hearted and emotionally healthy.
NEIGHBOUR:
Finding a practice to help you think about others and to love your neighbour as yourself.
