Funerals.

Please feel free to contact the church in the event that a loved one has died. We do offer a Christian order of service. Details of the order of service will be made, usually at an interview with you and your family.

Funerals are offered after arrangement between with the Minster or the Associate and the funeral directors. The Minister and Associate are available to assist you most days. Mondays are usually the day off for Anglican clergy in Gunnedah but we will help you as much as we are able.

If your family has special requests, we will try to accommodate them in keeping with the ethos of a Christian church.

If you wish to make advanced funeral plans and leave them with the church this can also be arranged. It can be a way to avoid confusion at this time if you can prepare a service with you choice of readings, hymns or music. Please make arrangements with the Minister for an interview or a form

We can provide a service booklet though the cost of this is extra and calculated on printing costs. It is preferable if this is privately arranged through one of the local printing groups or through the Funeral Director.

The cost to hold your loved ones funeral at Gunnedah Anglican Church is $300.
