Hello! Iā€™m Tineke.

I've called the North West home for much of my life and I love it.  I grew up in Manilla, have lived in various places since then, including Sydney, London, Gunnedah and Inverell and am happy to return to Gunnedah.

My first stint in Gunnedah was as a Preschool teacher, but since studying at Bible College (SMBC) I headed down the pathway of Parish Pastoral work.  18 years in that role in Inverell was a wonderful time of learning and growing as I served in the local church and in a school as Chaplain.

It's a joy to return, pick up old friendships and make many more new ones as I share the Good News about the Lord Jesus and encourage people to come to know and grow in their relationship with Him through His Word, the Bible.

My battery "recharging" comes in the form of outside garden jobs.  I find pruning particularly therapeutic.  I enjoy catching up with people over a cuppa and will often be seen with a big black 4 legged shadow called Billy.

I marvel at the way God uses all situations and circumstances in life to reveal and teach something about Himself  - His graciousness, kindness, generosity and wisdom, all coming together and being provided through Jesus.
